Can I edit or cancel my order?
Please email us at hello@minisons.com with the word "EDIT" or "CANCEL" in the subject line as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit or cancel your order once it's been placed but if your order has not hit the road yet, we will happily update the shipping address for you. In case your goodies have already shipped, we are sorry, we are unable to make any changes.
If your package does make it back to us due to an incorrect address or a delivery hiccup, you will need to cover the re-shipping fees. Please take your time inputting your shipping details.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please allow up to 20 minutes to receive the confirmation email. Your order will be then processed and shipped. A tracking number will be automatically emailed once your order has been packed and picked up by the delivery carrier. If you have not received the order confirmation nor tracking email, please email us at hello@minisons.com to verify your email address.
