How long does it take to ship my order?

Processing: Please allow 2-5 business days for processing (a gentle reminder that this excludes weekends and holidays). 

Multiple Items with Different Processing Times: If your order has items with different processing times, your order will only ship when all items have been fulfilled and be shipped together.       

Shipping: Once it has been processed, your order will then be shipped. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package ships.

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

 

Shipping Rates

Domestic US Shipping Rate

We offer free standard shipping in US on orders $75 and over (subtotal) and Canada on orders $105 and over (subtotal). No code is required as it will be automatically applied at the checkout.  

All other orders, shipping rates and carrier options will be available at the checkout. 

International Shipping Rate

Shipping rates and carrier options will be available at the checkout. 

Kindly note, both domestic and international delivery timeline is an estimate and not guaranteed and any delay can occur by the delivery carrier. 

Duties & Taxes (International Shipping)

If you live internationally (outside the USA) then you may be subject to customs duties and taxes. You will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes charged by customs upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes. Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. 

 

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please email us at hello@minisons.com with the word "EDIT" in the subject line as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit the address once it's been placed but we will do our best to assist you. Please note, once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to your order, including re-directing to the correct address. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen. Once we hand off your package to the delivery carrier, its journey is out of our control. If, for some unfortunate reason, your package gets lost, stolen, or cannot be delivered, please contact the delivery carrier for more details or to file a claim. We also recommend checking your property or with your neighbors to help locate the package. That said, we're here to help you out as much as we can! We can provide tracking details, shipping address and so forth. 

 

Order Status and Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please allow up to 20 minutes to receive the confirmation email. Your order will be then processed and shipped. A tracking number will be automatically emailed once your order has been packed and picked up by the delivery carrier. If you have not received the order confirmation nor tracking email, please email us at hello@minisons.com to verify your email address.

Return Policy

We’ll gladly accept return of your purchased item. Please send us your item back within 14 days of receiving the product to the address below. The return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility. Please be sure to include the original packaging slip in the return package. If you cannot find your packaging slip, please include a printout of your order confirmation email. Without this information, we will be unable to process your return.

Refund 

Upon receipt of your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process upon reaching to us. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive an email from us with confirmation of your refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your account, as bank's processing times varies depending on your financial institution.

Damaged Product 

We ensure that every product we ship is thoroughly inspected through our quality control process to assure customers are to be satisfied with their order. If you feel that you received a damaged/faulty product, kindly email us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@minisons.com and attach a photo of the product, along with your order number so that we may best assist you.

Can I edit or cancel my order? 

Please email us at hello@minisons.com with the word "EDIT" or "CANCEL" in the subject line as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit or cancel your order once it's been placed but if your order has not hit the road yet, we will happily update the shipping address for you. In case your goodies have already shipped, we are sorry, we are unable to make any changes.  

If your package does make it back to us due to an incorrect address or a delivery hiccup, you will need to cover the re-shipping fees. Please take your time inputting your shipping details.
